Total Real-World Value: Over $63,500
Your Investment: $10,000 down, with $20,000 financed at 0% interest.
You’ll pay it back at 10% of gross sales — but only after your first $12,000 in profit.
That means you’ll already be $2,000 ahead before you pay me another dime.
What about other startup costs beyond the down payment?
There are costs — and in full disclosure, I’ve outlined many (but not all) of the additional expenses you’ll need to get started. Things like tools, materials, and basic business setup vary depending on what you already have.
That’s why I’ve included a breakdown below, so you can review exactly what’s typically required and plan accordingly before you move forward.
See all items that you will need that are not included in the system.
Materials & Equipment (Purchased Separately)
Core installation tools and consumables:
- Diamond grinder or concrete floor prep machine
- Dust Vacuum (industrial-grade, HEPA optional)
- Mixing drill and paddles
- Roller frames and handles
- Spiked shoes (for walking on wet epoxy)
- Buckets and liners
- Extension cords and power tools (drill, blower, etc.)
- Tape, plastic, masking materials
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) – respirator, gloves, safety glasses
Not an exhaustive list but the general list. Total investment (approximately) $2000 for entry level “must haves”. To a complete top of the line equipment setup $8,000 to $10,000 + trailer and/or van.
Materials & Chemicals
- Epoxy coating kits
- Color flakes/chips
- Base pigment tints
- Solvents/cleaners (acetone, denatured alcohol, etc.)
Supplies for Jobs
Consumables to restock regularly:
- Plastic sheeting
- Painter’s tape
- Rags and wipes
- Roller covers and frames
- Brushes
- Diamond cup wheels
Business Setup Costs
You are responsible for:
- Website domain and hosting (annual cost)
- Google Business Profile verification postcard (free but requires them to complete setup)
- Business insurance (general liability, optional workers comp)
- Business license (varies by state/county)
- Vehicle lettering / wrap (optional but recommended)
- Phone number or call tracking line (may be provided, but monthly fee separate)
Marketing & Lead Gen Costs
These costs are covered through a marketing fund that’s already built into the profit calculations. Each job automatically allocates 10% of its revenue to this fund, which is used to pay for future marketing expenses. That 10% is included as part of the job expense in the estimated profit breakdown.
- Google Ads budget
- Facebook Ads budget
- Local SEO tools (optional, e.g., BrightLocal, Hibu)
- Printed materials (business cards, door hangers, yard signs)
- CRM or lead tracker (optional upgrade)
Optional / Expansion Purchases
Uniforms, branded shirts, safety gear with logo
Trailer or van for transporting materials
Generator (for sites without reliable power)
Storage racks or workspace setup
Even if I learn the install, what if I can’t sell jobs?
Selling is built into the system. You’ll have a pre-qualifying script that gets homeowners saying yes before you drive out. You’ll get marketing ads, website and Google profile setup, and the exact words to use in person. I don’t just show you how to coat a floor — I show you how to land the job.
I’ve been burned before — how do I know this really works?
This isn’t theory. I’ve installed 200+ floors myself, and contractors who’ve bought this system from me have gone on to run multiple crews. Two paid me $60K and today and one runs three full-time crews just to keep up. These are real projects, real money, not stock photos or empty promises.
Click to see what the marketing ‘experts’ never tell you
The epoxy industry has been flooded with so-called “gurus” who claim to specialize in epoxy marketing. Most of them run broad digital agencies broken into niches — one site for roofers, one for painters, one for epoxy — all pushing the same cookie-cutter ad packages.
Here’s the reality: most of these purveyors have never stepped foot on a construction site or made a single sales call. They’re selling theory, not experience.
What I teach comes from the field — over 200 real installs, tested ads, and proven lead systems that actually generated jobs and profit. And I don’t rely solely on digital advertising. As online ad costs rise or dry up completely, your marketing will still produce results because it’s diversified — you’ll have several offline lead-generation systems your competitors either don’t know about or don’t understand.
This isn’t another digital “package.” It’s a complete, battle-tested system built by someone who’s lived it, not someone learning it on YouTube.
I don’t want to miss out, but I’m nervous about committing.
I understand that fear — it’s a big decision. That’s why I only allow one contractor per market. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. That means if you wait, you risk watching another painter in your city take the system, lock up the market, and leave you competing from behind. The safest move is to claim your spot before someone else does.
I really want to do this but I don’t have the money right now.
You’re not alone — most people starting out need some help with funding. To make things easier, I’ve included a link to a funding review site where you can explore possible options. I’m not endorsing or affiliated with any of these providers — this is simply a starting point to help you begin the process.

One contractor in [city fallback=”your market”] will own this system.
Don’t let it be the guy down the street.

Submitting this form doesn’t commit you to anything. It just reserves your spot for review before your area is taken.
